Express Painting provides residential and commercial painting services across Australia. Our services include interior painting, exterior painting, specialty finishes, and related preparation work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Express Painting are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%) where applicable. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during the inspection.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments for inspections and work are scheduled during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments using the links provided in confirmation emails, subject to a minimum 24-hour notice period. Rescheduling and cancellation links expire 72 hours after issuance.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual quote or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion of the project.
5. Warranty and Guarantee
Express Painting stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. The specific warranty period and conditions will be detailed in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
6. Use of Website and Chat
Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant to help you with enquiries, scheduling, and quotes. By using the chat feature, you agree to provide accurate information and understand that the chat assistant provides general guidance. All actions initiated through the chat (such as appointment scheduling) are subject to confirmation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Express Painting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Express Painting and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
